Let users comment commits of projects

It would be very useful if visitors (registred users of CodPlex) could comment each commits of projects.

I follow a software in development and each time developpers create a new build, if I want to send a feedback about a build, I have to create an Issue Tracker message.

It's ok but not very user-friendly. It would be much interesting to be able to directly comment a new build/commit.

This way, developpers could keep track of bugs easily if people report them this way.

yes would be nice, and comments in forks would be great, many users create fork and forget push changes, or filter them out by default, or send user reminder and if no changes is pushed in few months just remove useless fork

How close does the following feature request sound like what you're looking for? http://codeplex.codeplex.com/workitem/24715

Yes, that's more or less what I meant.
But here is exactly what I had in mind (mockup image) :

Your mockup looks great!  Would you mind attaching it to the feature request?

Sure, do whatever you want with it (sorry I haven't found the Feature Request page yet. I don't know where it is).

Do you think it will be hard to implement ?

We update the website once a week, although I'm not sure yet how soon this particiular change will get added.
