How to add new service and resolver into existing itinerary from an orchestration?

Hi All,

Though I am working on BizTalk from past 2 years, I am very new to the ESB Guidance.
I have started working on it and have got a basic understanding and flow of the same.

Straight to the point - My pipeline component add an initial itinerary to the message which contains one service instance and the associated resolver for the same which will be used by an orchestration to execute a policy dynamically.
This is how my initial itineray looks like,

Now, based on the result of the policy execution in an orchestration I want to add one more service instance to the itinerary and add an associated resolver for the same which could be another policy information for the next orchestration. I couldn't find much help from the ESB guidance document for this.

Can somebody give a code snippet showing how we can add a service instance and a resolver in Orchestration expression box shape?
