What The Hell Is This "Votes" Feature And How Does It Work?!

The Releases tab has thing "X Votes In This Release [breakdown]" thing that has befuddled me since CodePlex went live. There is no "vote for this" link, and the "breakdown" link doesn't do anything (navigates to #VoteBreakdown which doesn't seem to be on the page, or if it does it doesn't matter because the page isn't scrollable). Now and then I see a lot of "Votes" on a popular project but, even if I'm logged in, I cannot figure out how to vote.

Would you guys please redesign this thing so that it makes sense to a guy with average intelligence like me??!

When you associate items in the issue tracker with a release, the "votes in this release" is a sum of the votes for all the issue tracker items associated with that release.

Anyway, yes, it seemed like a good idea but has been a total flop and we're going to remove it.
