Web Services

I am developing a console application that has to run in the background constantly for every 10 minutes. I would like to wrap it and install in the Windows Services. Whar are the best examples or web sites that will help me to build my project.

Help will be appreciated.

You probably don't want to wrap a console application in a windows service (maybe it was done that way in the old days) but in .net you can actually create a "Windows Service Project". You won't be able to do this with express versions of visual studio (I believe). This is a good reason to make sure you seperate your applications logic from the presentation layer because you can easily take that logic and simply call it from the service seamlessly. So the basic idea is simply that you create a class for the service and an install class that works on registering the service, then you create a windows installer project and add the install class as a custom action. This should give you enough fodder to google yourself silly.

Good luck.
