I got this error using DataAccessApplicationBlocks, asp.net, SQLserver in a www.godaddy.com web hosting:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Stack Trace:

Does someone know how can I solve the problem?

You got this error because GoDaddy.com ASP.NET 2.0 shared hosting servers use the default Medium trust level - see http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=1039&topic_id=216&&isc=gppg1753
Your options are limited - use other hosting (though it won't be easy to find someone who allows full trust), re-design your application to work under Medium trust restrictions (see more at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnpag2/html/paght000020.asp ) or host application at your own box.
Or you can chip in https://www.fundable.com/groupactions/groupaction.2007-10-29.9367411014 and will be allowed to publish your ASP.Net application...

Good luck
