BlogEngine Email Connection Problems on GoDaddy.com

This weekend BlogEngine was install on my shared hosting account at GoDaddy.com by the GoDaddy system.

Everything  on my BlogEngine installation is working perfectly except that I can't get the email to connect.  I'm using a godaddy hosted email address and what seem to be the correct settings.  I've also tried connecting to my gmail account but it won't connect there either.

On theBlogEngine admin Settings tab I've configured my email settings according to GoDaddy's instructions:

smtp: smtpout.secureserver.net
port: 25
usr: myemail@mydomain.com
pw: mypassword
SSL: unchecked

When I test my settings the error I get is: "Could not connect - email not sent."

I've tried ports 465 and 995 and get a different error message:

"Could not connect - Request for the permission of type 'System.Net.Mail.SmtpPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c5619e089' failed."

Permissions on my blog directory seem to be correct with read and web write both enabled.

Here are my hosting details:

Windows Deluxe Shared Hosting, IIS 6.0 ASP.net 2.0/3.0/3.5

Any solutions come to mind?  Could this be an IIS 6.0 issue?

Try using relay-hosting.secureserver.net

instead of smtpout.secureserver.net

mydomain.com must be the domain registered with godaddy.
