Codeplex is great, but it would be great to have a little more guidance around the best way to leverage it. For instance, what are the recommended best practices for:

• Checking in
• Creating releases
• Using the Issue Tracker
• Creating specifications
  

Could a Wiki page be created on the Codeplex site that everyone could edit that we could use to document this stuff?
