I clicked the DOWNLOAD button and tried to add your python addin to Visual Studio. The problem is though that I have two Visual studio's on my computer. One is Visual studio 2010 (complete version) and the other is the express version, which is free, of visual studio 2012. The problem is that the program simply doesn't find visual studio 2012, and gives an error message.
