Link to changeset on fork is not a perma-link

description

  1. Navigate to a changeset on a fork of a project. [url:For example.|http://aspnetwebstack.codeplex.com/SourceControl/network/forks/corydeppen/aspnetwebstack/changeset/804036bc6bc9]
  2. (This step is totally fine.) Notice that it redirects you to a non-fork URL. [url:For example.|http://aspnetwebstack.codeplex.com/SourceControl/changeset/804036bc6bc9]
  3. Pretend you're an end user developer that wants to share a link to the changelist that you're currently admiring: Copy and paste the resulting URL from your browser's address bar.
  4. Observe that the resulting link cannot be resolved by the server (thus redirecting you to [url:an error page|http://aspnetwebstack.codeplex.com/site/invalidquerystring])
Expected: any link that I can copy out of a URL bar should be pastable to someone else with permission on the project.
