Unable to attach files to pages

description

i'm creating some documentation regarding a userguide.
Every release I need to update the User Guide so I delete the old pdf on the page and attach the new PDF.

since yesterday I am unable to attach the new PDF, I get a working pop up and a yellow symbol and it just hangs!

I'm uploading a 1MB PDF file and I have a 5 MBPS UPLOAD connection.

Hi I'm having trouble repro'ing. I take it you are trying to attach the MCEBuddy user guide?

Which browser are you using?

Windows 7 and IE 9

This is getting bad, now I can't make releases it just gets stuck on that green box and circle. Frustrating!

Are there any errors from the browser console (hit F12, click Console, then try to repro)? Also, can you attach some screenshots so I can see where this is happening? Thanks!

Here's another example, I'm trying to reply to a post and it just hangs! I need to refresh the page and try multople times before it works.

Can you try with a different browser (e.g. Chrome or Firefox)? That way we can narrow down the problem.

Works fine with Chrome

Well that's good at least! Not sure why you're having problems with IE. Maybe some browser settings?

Well it working fine for the past few weeks this problem started recently. Did you do any upgrades?

We updated the service weekly but so far, no one else has reported the same problem as you. Are you behind a proxy? Maybe something changed in your configuration.

you can close this issue now, it's working now. Apparently IE is not compatible with your website.
