Ajax AutoComplete is not working when Cookieless is true

description

I have been using this AutoComplete extender since 2009 and still using the same 2009 released ajaxcontroltoolkit dll only. It is working fine when cookieless is false in web.config but not working when it is set to true. how can we handle this . Pls throw light on this..
