When I try to connect to the TFS with the information provided on the project's source code page, I get the following error after logging in:

TFS249002: Your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server "https://tfs.codeplex.com/tfs". Contact your Team Foundation Server administrator and request that the appropriate permission be added to your account.
The server returned the following error: "Access Denied: SND\Nico201_cp needs the following permission(s) to perform this action: View instance-level information"

This error is being returned for two weeks now. I already contacted the support team. However, I haven't got a helpful response up to now.
