I would like users on CodePlex to be able to make comments on changesets. Preferably at the line level.
It would be fantastic if the comments could be rendered inline with the code.

This is similar (or rather a sub feature of) http://codeplex.codeplex.com/workitem/19449.

I really only care about this for git repos (in case that makes it easier).
