When you go to the tab "source code" there is this box "source control", under that you will find -in some cases- mercurial with an info icon. I was looking for the address to do a hg clone but never thought of clicking on the mercurial link, as I expected it to give some info on mercurial in general.

It may also be that I expected it to be the github way, with a quite prominent 'clone in windows' button.
