Not able to run CalCheck

description

This is the first time I'm attempting to CalCheck tool to troubleshoot a user Calendar issue. Every time I try to run it (from a Command prompt), I get these a pop-up message (see attached). And I do see 2 lines logged within CalCheck.log file:
"ERROR: MAPILogonEx failed with error 0x80004005
Check access to the mailbox."
I get the same message whether I use it on my computer or one server.
