Hi CodePlex team. It isn't clear how once you've logged into the site you find job postings. When you aren't logged in you get a nice clear screen: find project, create account, search for projects needing help etc, but once you're logged in you just see your profile. I haven't figured out how to find job postings once logged in (I assume it is there somewhere but it is not easily discoverable).

Suggestion: clicking on the CodePlex logo should send you back to a page very similar to the the unlogged in state. It is painful otherwise since you can't join a project until you create an account but once you create an account you have to figure out where to go to find the job postings again.
