Unable to associate Microsoft passport account with Codeplex account

description

I logged into the codeplex with Microsoft passport account ( hotmail email id) and created a project. Now I want to add the project to the codeplex TFS using Visual Studio Team Explorer. But it asks for the login password. Since I had created the account with passport account , how can I get the password for codeplex account?

If you forgot your CodePlex password, sign out of the CodePlex website, click the sign in link, and click on the CodePlex login option. Underneath and to the right of the Sign In button on the form is a "Forgot your password?" link that you can use to reset your password.
