Issue Tracker: Different colors for open/closed issues

In the previous version of CodePlex, you could easily scan the list of issues in the Issue Tracker and see which ones were open (green background on the vote box), and which were closed or fixed (gray background on the vote box). This was a good visual indicator to show what was in play, and the volume of open issues. Bringing that back would be good.

I see that closed appears differently now, but fixed does not. It used to be that fixed and closed both appeared gray. That's actually something that has never made sense to me even before the makeover. Closed and fixed seem to have the same state.

In any case, it's still not quite where it used to be.

Thanks for the great feedback, jeffyjones. We had modified it slightly last week, but we realized that a) the fixed vs closed being the same color wasn't ideal and b) the contrast of the dark gray we were using still wasn't good enough to distinguish between the purple of active issues.

We've now made fixed issues be green and closed issues be a light gray.
