Build notifications to AppHarbor failing

I've enabled AppHarbor build notifications for a project using Mercurial, and have triple checked that I've added the right URL. When I check in code from ToroiseHg I get the message:

"remote: There was a problem sending the build notification. Your changes were successfully pushed."

This has been happening since about Feb 17. I've seen at least 1 other person mention same problem on the AppHarbor forums and the AppHarbor folks suggested it was a Codeplex issue.

Is this a known problem with a known fix?
