Reopening a closed issue changes the closed message author

The following sequence of events happened on the issue http://nuget.codeplex.com/workitem/1235

User Haacked closed the issue with the comment that now reads

Later that day, I have re-opened the issue, after which point the closing comment previously created by user Haacked has unexpectedly changed to look as if I closed the issue; the closed date has changed as well.

I believe that comment should look like this instead:
 >> Haacked wrote Jun 30 at 4:43 PM
 >> By Design per my last comment. Thanks!
 >> ** Closed by Haacked 06/30/2011 4:43 PM

I think the current behavior is now correct.

I have the same issue here

The below use to say Haacked but now it says me

This is by design. NuGet sees the packages in your packages folder but each project is missing a packages.config file. Do you know why the packages.config file is missing.
To fix this, you can try to manually recreate the packages.config file or remove the packages folder and reinstall each package.
