Commit failing with a strange error

Looks like the .dll file wasn't written to the temp location on the server. Out of space? Some other error?

I figured what's going on. The server is confused - it thinks this file was not added. But a commit of this file did happen before, so you have a bug somewhere where the file is sent, but doesn't register on the server.
