Allow wiki markup on WorkItem descriptions

Right now it doesn't work, such as:


[url:fixed in EntLib Contrib SVAB|http://www.codeplex.com/entlibcontrib/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=7626]

It's weird that the markup is valid and renders fine pretty much everywhere BUT the workitems.

Work items now support markdown. For existing TFS projects, we will be running a script to update them in the next week.

WorkItems are part of TFS, and we cannot control the rendering of them inside Team Explorer. So, no Wiki.

But you could at least preserve white-space in the description when rendering (by converting things like '\n' to '') to little code snippets would show up correctly on the website.
