Discussions Posts Ordered Incorrectly

I see an incorrect sort order in all of the Discussions posts on every project on CodePlex.

When I view a Discussions thread I see all of the posts grouped by user instead of in chronological order (although it appears that each group is sorted correctly). I started seeing this behavior about 2 days ago. I remember it happening once before, but it didn't last long and it seemed to be resolved on its own.

I assume this problem has something to do with a setting in cookies but I don't know how to reproduce it on-demand; however, I continue to experience this problem and I don't know how to fix it either.

I assume that you will not observe these problems as there was no mention of this bug in the issue tracker or the discussions on CodePlex, but here's a link to the thread where I first noticed the problem anyway:

I've attached a screenshot.

NOTE: I concatenated two screenshots together because I couldn't fit the entire discussion on one screen; however, I removed some of the posts in the middle just to make the image a bit smaller.

I have been involved in the aforementioned thread, and didn't have any problems with it yesterday, but have also noticed this weird sorting behavior today.

I noticed this problem doesn't occur on all CodePlex projects, but also not just DocProject. Here's an example from a completely unrelated project:

FYI, this issue is happening again to DocProject since the last version of the CodePlex website was deployed recently.

This is happening again on a new project that hasn't been published yet: SandcastleStyles.
