  • 4/5/2012 4:04 PM - We are experiencing issues with our Git server. We are currently investigating.
  • 3/30/2012 10:15 AM - We're deploying an update to our Git server, will be offline temporarily.
  • 3/14/2012 9:17 AM - The issues with our TFS servers have been corrected.
  • 3/14/2012 8:00 AM - We are experiencing intermittent access issues to our TFS servers. We are currently investigating.
  • 3/1/2012 2:30 PM - We are experiencing SSL issues connecting to https://hg.codeplex.com Temporarily, you can use https://hg01.codeplex.com
  • 2/29/2012 9:30 AM - We've restored access to our Mercurial servers from the CodePlex site. We are still working on https://hg.codeplex.com access. Temporarily, you can use https://hg01.codeplex.com instead.
  • 2/29/2012 6:30 AM - We are experiencing connectivity issues to our Mercurial servers. We are looking into it.

They seem to have outages for the last 8 hours or so, but have just started responding again -- just after I posted my previous comment, in an odd coincidence.

I don't think the TFS servers have really been off-line for two months?

I'm experiencing some problems today, after the TFS upgrade:
- My project site is really slow
- If I search for work items in visual studio team explorer, it returns "TF26193" error
- If I try to associate a work item to a changeset by id, it returns "TF201077" error

It says here: All systems operational.
However, my project source code page says, "Source control for your project is currently unavailable. Source code cannot be accessed at this time."

And it looks like I'm not the only one with that problem.

Please put an estimated date of Completion. Also you should always document the starting date and time of this kind of stuff so we know. I really do not know if there is really something going on or if people just forgot to update this anouncement.

i've created a new Project based on TFS and it seems to be a problematic decision :-S I'm not able to access any information related to the TFS part. No Releases no surce code… nothing. Support ticket is escaleted to the senior team, but still no ETA for a fix.

On dnnbitcoin project, hosted on tfs27 server, the source page is unavailable and my VS TFS connector also gives me a TF246017 "could not connect to the database" error.

All my Mercurial-based projects show an error when I access the Source Code page:

Source control for your project is currently unavailable. Source code cannot be accessed at this time.

My SVN-based projects are OK. And the funny thing is, it seems to be working when I try to contact the repo from Mercurial itself - I am able to perform commands such as hg incoming and hg outgoing and get correct responses.

I'm currently unable to Insert Code Snippet to a discussion topic. I click the Insert Code Snippet window and the pop-up appears. I can paste in my code but the Language drop-down in empty, so I can't Preview my code. The Insert button has no effect - the pop-up stays open. I've tried this on IE8, 9, FF9.01 and Chrome 16.0.912.77 m across two machines on two different networks, this morning.

I also got an error message when creating this new project, although the project actually DID get created.

When I try Publish this Project: "The server experienced an error. We're sorry, but an error has occurred. We have been notified about the error. Most likely this was an intermittent issue.
