Obtaining the Team Explorer Everywhere Client


The Team Explorer Everywhere client works on Windows, Linux, Mac, or Solaris. It provides a command line client and plug-in for Eclipse to access Team Foundation Server.

Downloading Team Explorer Everywhere
  • Team Explorer Everywhere 2010 - This is the latest version of Team Explorer Everywhere. Download and install instructions are on the download page when you click on the link.

You can find the connection information needed to access your project using Team Explorer Everywhere on the Source Code tab of your project. Note: Only project team members can use the Team Explorer Everywhere client. Check the CodePlex source control client list for alternate clients that can be used by anyone.

Pretty frustrating that I can't use TEE to grab source for browsing on my Mac. I mean, it's great that contributors get to use it, but if I were looking to contribute, I'd probably be doing it from my Windows desktop instead of my Mac laptop. I'm just trying to fetch a copy to browse right now.
