Why do some codeplex projects have only their home wiki pages indexed by search engines while other projects have them all indexed?

E.g. If a do a verbatim search in google for "Open LogExpert.sln in the LogExpert sub folder" it finds https://logexpert.codeplex.com/documentation and "ColumnizerLib is the API for columnizers and plugins" finds https://logexpert.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Code%20overview but searching on "Explains how Fasterflect can be used as a replacement for standard Reflection" doesn't find https://fasterflect.codeplex.com/documentation

Same with Bing.

I have a https://rapiddevbookcode.codeplex.com/robots.txt and a https://rapiddevbookcode.codeplex.com/sitemap.xml
which appear to be ok yet still https://rapiddevbookcode.codeplex.com/documentation is not indexed.

http://tools.seobook.com/robots-txt/analyzer/ says even https://rapiddevbookcode.codeplex.com/discussions/471228 is allowed by the robots.txt file

I'm thinking of moving my https://rapiddevbookcode.codeplex.com/documentation and sub pages off codeplex because of this (or at least putting it all in the home page).
