Edit Log Message After Commit

I would like the source code area to allow us to modify the log message of a check in. It would be great if svn clients and the web page could modify the message.

From the stack trace it looks like the repository's pre-revprop-change hook needs to be implemented.

I didn't know about svnBridge till now.  Will post there.
