I'm trying to update the license of a project created a year ago in CodePlex. Selecting a new license in the combobox doesn't show the fields that need to be filled and outputs the following errors in Chrome's JavaScript console:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier edit:398

Uncaught ReferenceError: license_change is not defined edit:343
