I am trying to make an adjustable audio file that will be used in a continual loop. The reason being "which may seem weird" , I am trying to scare off mice

Do you really need a file, or can you just write sin(x) output directly to the output buffers on your soundcard ?

Thanks for your reply. I do not know if I need a file.
As to writing directly to buffers on the sound card, I have no clue as what to do.
Back in the old days when I used basica and Qbasic, I had no problem programing sound files.
Now since  the introduction of VB, I haven't any idea what I am doing.

Thanks again, if you could direct me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
