I tried downloading this program 3 times as I had it on my old computer and loved it. Every time, after only a few seconds, it  stops and reads this: "One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file." I click on log file and it gives me a row upon row of computer language. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
