WSCF blue server comliance with SCVUTIL client

I have created XSD's for a server, and generet a WSDL using WSCF.blue.

Now if i use WSCF blue to generate a client i get :

 // CODEGEN: Generating message contract since the wrapper namespace (urn:oio:ebst:diadem:1) of message EjendomSoegViaKoordinatRequest does not match the default value (http://rep.oio.dk/ebst.dk/diadem/xml.wsdl/1)
        [System.ServiceModel.OperationContractAttribute(Action="http://rep.oio.dk/ebst.dk/diadem/xml.wsdl/1/IEjendomSoegService/EjendomSoegViaKoo" +
            "rdinat", ReplyAction="http://rep.oio.dk/ebst.dk/diadem/xml.wsdl/1/IEjendomSoegService/EjendomSoegViaKoo" +
            "rdinatResponse")]
        [System.ServiceModel.XmlSerializerFormatAttribute(SupportFaults=true)]
        EjendomSoegViaKoordinatResponse EjendomSoegViaKoordinat(EjendomSoegViaKoordinatRequest request);

using SCVUTIL i get

      // CODEGEN: Generating message contract since the wrapper namespace (urn:oio:ebst:diadem:1) of message EjendomSoegViaKoordinatRequest does not match the default value (http://rep.oio.dk/ebst.dk/diadem/xml.wsdl/1)
    [System.ServiceModel.OperationContractAttribute(Action="http://rep.oio.dk/ebst.dk/diadem/xml.wsdl/1:ejendomSoegViaKoordinatIn", ReplyAction="*")]
    [System.ServiceModel.XmlSerializerFormatAttribute()]
    EjendomSoegViaKoordinatResponse EjendomSoegViaKoordinat(EjendomSoegViaKoordinatRequest request);

The part of WSDL i think is the issue is :

<operation name="EjendomSoegViaKoordinat">
      <soap:operation soapAction="http://rep.oio.dk/ebst.dk/diadem/xml.wsdl/1:ejendomSoegViaKoordinatIn" style="document" />
      <input>
        <soap:body use="literal" />
      </input>
      <output>
        <soap:body use="literal" />
      </output>
    </operation>

The operation contracts are not the same. this has the effect that i can only call the service with the client generated from WSCF .blue. (the error was detected trying to call the service from SOAP UI tool, which also generates a client with same anotations as SCVUTIL)

Any on can explain this or tell what i do wrong ?
