Hello all

This might be kind of a stupid question, but how do I get the source from projects?

I use the Team Explorer plugin to VS.NET 2008, and follow the steps in:
http://www.codeplex.com/CodePlex/Wiki/View.aspx?title=Connecting%20to%20a%20CodePlex%20Project%20using%20Team%20Explorer&referringTitle=CodePlex%20Documentation
.. where I enter the tfsXX.codeplex.com in the server address, choose HTTPS and set the port to 443. The server seems to respond, and I only get an error saying I don't have permission to access this TFS.

So can't I download any sourcecode from VS.NET via Team Explorer without beeing a member of that project? It seems unlikely that I can join every project here on codeplex...

More specific, I want to access the code at http://www.codeplex.com/singularity/SourceControl/ListDownloadableCommits.aspx
I log in to the page, but still it only displays the server url and project name, and not login information as it says in the guide above..
How do I get the source?

Thanks in advance!

Regards
Claus Nielsen

There is a "download" button. :)

So there is no way to make VS.NET download the source from the repository? And even have the option to "Get latest version", in stead of having to download each release totally?
Seems very strange to me...

There isn't any way to use the Team Explorer client without being a member of the project, but you can use either the TortoiseSVN or CodePlex Client: Source Control Clients
