"new projects" on front page -- maybe don't list them until their front page has been edited.

i like the fact that "New Projects" is a part of the front page of CodePlex -- but there's a bit of a usability flaw there.

Whenever a new project is added, it's wiki will of course always contain the default text. So if you click on the "New Project" when you first see it, you're not going to learn anything about it.

Maybe a new project shouldn't be listed in the "new Project" area until a day or two later, when the project starter has had a chance to edit the front page.

Or, alternatively, the project description etc that they entered during the "application" phase could be "automatically"footnote placed at the top of the page, (still leaving the helpful introductory stuff there, to help the new joiner.

footnote "automatically" : i realise this wouldn't be automatic at first.
