Sharepoint 2007 - Custom workflow that record to Record Center

Hey Everyone,

Here is my situation: I am going through the Sharepoint 2007 Admin Guide and I am having trouble getting a document to automatically route from a document library, where it is initially uploaded to, to the Record Center Site, based on the Record Routing policy that I created.

I know you have to create a custom workflow to get this feature since it is not a part of Sharepoint 2007 out-of-the-box. So I was curious to see if anyone has one that is coded or know of a writeup on how to create one.

I initially tried working with ScotHilier file to see if I could get it working, located here:

Unfortunately I was unable to open this file in Visual Studio, and start playing with it. From the description it sounded like it would be able to help me with coding an automatic record center workflow. Anyways if anyone has any ideas/tips/advice I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
